Hello Friends,
As the Summer Solstice approaches, I’m getting ready to officially launch this blog, Juice Java Joy, on June 21. I chose that date with intention. It’s the longest day of light, a time when nature stretches wide in full bloom. That’s how I want this journey to feel: expansive, radiant, and rooted in joy.
Even more special, it lands exactly six months before my birthday on the Winter Solstice, December 21. It’s a reminder that light and darkness both hold beauty, and that every season has its purpose. These six months are a time for transformation, reinvention, even during life’s stresses and struggles, despite them. Growth doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. It happens in the messy, in the in-between, in the showing up. I’m no longer procrastinating, I’m making an effort to follow through with all of my dreams, goals and intentions.
This blog has been years in the making, born from dreams I once shelved during life’s storms. But light returns. It always does. And so, here I am, beginning again.
In this space, I’ll be sharing reflections on wellness, the beauty of plant-based living, creative growth, mindset shifts, joyful movement, and the art of living fully, even when things get messy.
If you’re reading this, thank you. You’re already part of something meaningful. I hope you’ll stick around, explore with me, and maybe even share what lights you up.
We’re all just waking up to the light we forgot we carried. I’m writing my dream map and writing down my intentions for the next six months. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, curl and write it down.
Love and light
Rose
